After focusing on Photography very seriously, I recently was looking for a reflector arm. They were unreasonably very expensive. I searched online and prices were too high even there. I eventually did an image search on Google and I found a link where these guys had created their own clamps to hold the light reflector. I found it very interesting and thought I to give it a try. I love working hands on and make stuff. I shopped around and found all the parts they listed on the previously mentioned site and I found them all at Menards in Green Bay, for around $5.00 for a set of two clamps to hold on the arm and support the reflector or any white board.
I am extremely pleased with the results and cannot wait until the next Portrait Photography session comming up in Green Bay, WI. The arm itself was a real find, it is very extendable, very sturdy, and very light weight.
The following list was provided by Ed Baumgarten, on his custom clamp project, and I found them all at Menards in Green Bay.
Additionally, I found a golf ball grabber which makes for a great portable arm. I bought this at "Play It Again Sports" in Green Bay, WI for $5.70, but can be purchased new at Scheels in Appleton, WI for around $20.
